Mickey A. Fehér

Managing Partner, coach, trainer and consultant.

Mickey has been the Managing Director and Sales Director at major multinational companies such as Deutsche Telekom, Aegis and Deloitte and served in various executive level roles across Europe. Apart from managing Purpose & Company in the US he also served as the Executive Director for The International Association for Generative Change, a global organization founded by Robert Dilts and Steve Gilligan.

He is a member of the leadership team of Dilts Strategy Group a global generative consulting company.

His passion and higher purpose is to help others find Meaning in their life and reach exceptional results. He is engaged in a lifelong battle against isolationism, intolerance and hatred. 

Mickey’s clients include some the largest multinationals of the world such as Microsoft; GE; Vodafone and Mondelez as well as EDF. He has also worked with small and medium size enterprises interested in leveraging the power of OnPurpose™ leadership.

He has an MA in psychology and MBA in international management from Case Western University.

Scott Miller

Facilitator, Senior Coach & Trainer

Forty years as a coach, trainer and teacher, Scott blends a lifetime of exceptionalism into his work with others. Diverse experiences which include two sports at the professional level, a law degree from George Washington University, producer, holistic training, lead teacher trainer, three children and fifteen years a Professor at NYU, Tisch’s revered Graduate Acting Program has tempered a professional approach that is both accessible and specific.

He is the founder of the Miller Voice Method™ and through decades of field and scientific research has developed a transformational and repeatable way to embody presence and availability for peak performances that sustain both the audience’s and speaker’s attention. His renown approach cultivates an individual’s authenticity and then builds the skill set to embody it through all interfaces of life; an enhanced ability to keep the speaker involved and spontaneous while the audience is in a state of attention.

Scott has trained a wide range of professionals from Boardroom Executives and managers at Fortune 500 companies, on air talent at Bloomberg, on the Executive Level at JP Morgan Private Bank, NBC and in the performance realm Scott’s list of former and current students include Tony Award Winners and Nominees (Broadway), Oscar Winners and Nominees (Film), Emmy Award Winners and Nominees (TV).  Scott has been received in corporations, theaters, law firms, sets, recording studios and workshops around the world training groups, teams and individuals from over fifty countries. His work is geared toward high impact players who seek to discover, embody and/or sustain exceptionalism in their chosen lives. And at home with his three children and wife, Scott remains the pupil in the room.

He graduated from George Washington University Law School and holds a BA in Political Science from Villanova University.

Kathrin M. Wyss

Senior Coach, Trainer and Consultant.

Kathrin’s extensive education program in management, communication, coaching and training parallels her successful business career. Her business background in the health care industry consists of experience at national and international levels in small and multinational corporations, and the Swiss government. 

She holds a MS in pharmaceutical science from the ETH Zurich (CH), is a certified coach (PCC Level) and a fellow trainer for NLP. As a specialist in marketing and communication, Kathrin knows about refinement of languages and their targeted use. As employee she was personally affected of reorganizations and has since 2008 consulted large companies such as Philipp Morris Int, Swarovski and Nissan Europe as well as small enterprises in Europe and the USA on spin-offs, integrations and reorganizations as well as realignment to their vision and cultural change. For her the key value of teams, as well as organizations are the employees and leadership that is inspirational and targeted is, in her opinion, a key element for business success. 

Kathrin is together with Mickey a member of the leadership team of Dilts Strategy and acts as trainer for generative consulting, conscious leadership and next generation entrepreneur.


John Patrick

Principal, Senior Coach & Trainer

John has over 15 years experience coaching persuasive speakers here in the United States and abroad. He is currently the Head of Voice and Speech at the Professional Actor Training Program at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a consultant for PlayMakers Repertory Theater and Gulfshore Playhouse in Naples, FL. Bringing together unique speaking skills from the performance industry with complementing concentrations, John helped create UNC Chapel Hill’s first Conflict Resolution degree that deals with training future business executives, lawyers, and politicians how to successfully communicate through high-pressure mediations and negotiations. John collaborated extensively with Shai Tamari who is the Director of the Middle East Center at UNC on workshops that gather professional graduate students from UNC and Duke University to develop effective mechanisms for conflict resolution, mediation, negotiation, and war-time peace strategies. John also co-produced a video series that deals with client negotiation techniques in collaboration with the UNC Chapel Hill School of Law. Originally from Kansas City, John has worked extensively throughout Europe including Northern Ireland and Finland to galvanize speaking techniques that successfully bridge gaps between cultures and language barriers. John holds advanced degrees from Rutgers University and TCU in Forth Worth, TX.

Till Neunhöffer, Ph.D.​

Facilitator, Senior Coach & Trainer

Till is an Organizational Development consultant, Executive Coach, and leadership facilitator, combining scientific rigor with deep coaching expertise in his work with leaders and organizations. He brings extensive experience from leading innovation and transformation projects as a former Technical and Account Director, working with multinational companies such as Deutsche Telekom, Vodafone, and Liberty Global. His background also includes roles as an escalation manager and research scientist. His clients include organizations such as Jungheinrich AG, ZDF, KfW Bank, the Ministry of Science and Health, Staatskanzlei Rheinland-Pfalz, Gutenberg University Mainz, BNW, AundAplus, and Luzerner Theater. He has delivered leadership and organizational development programs, as well as executive coaching globally, and has trained hundreds of coaches across all continents. Till holds a Ph.D. and a Diploma (Master’s equivalent) in Astroparticle Physics, as well as a Master of Mediation (MM). He is certified as a Systemic Executive Coach, Hypnosystemic Coach and Organizational Developer, Generative Coach, Master Practitioner, Facilitator, Leadership Embodiment Coach, and MindsetMaps Coach. He is an active member of the Deutsche Physikalische Gesellschaft (DPG), the Bundesverband der Mittelständischen Wirtschaft (BVMW), and the International Coaching Federation (ICF), and previously served as Chairman of the Aikikai Rheinland-Pfalz Aikido Association. A regular keynote and conference speaker, Till is currently developing publications based on his Enter the Gap® approach. As a father of three and a fourth-degree black belt in Aikido, he continues to teach at Mainz University.


Dr. Ágnes Jagicza

Agnes is a highly trained OD consultant, Executive Coach and trainer. She has founded and managed Jagall, an OD specialist company serving multinationals in CEE and Hungary. She has 15 years of Chief HR and Legal Officer executive experience at major multinational companies such as Invitel and Lapker (owned by Hachette Distribution). Her clients include some of the largest multinational companies such as Unicreditbank, Kraft Foods,  ING, Kirchoff Automotives, Metlife, NNG, Arthur Hunt, EDF. She has an MA in Economics and Law and an Msc in Coaching and Organizational Behavior (Henley Management College). She is a Certified NLP Practitioner by ITS (London) and also a certified Transactional Analysis consultant. She is currently the only Certified Systemic Team Coach by AoEC, UK in Hungary. Agnes is passionate about building high performance teams. Her ability to identify an individual’s talent and cultivate their potential is unsurpassed. Sandrine Gelin-Lamrani

Albana Vrioni​

Albana is an Organizational Development consultant, Executive Coach, and leadership advisor, bringing a strong combination of business, technology, and coaching expertise to her work with leaders and organizations. She has held senior roles as a former IT Director and strategic business partner to multiple IT professional services firms, and is the Founder of Vrioni Consulting and Women On Boards Albania. She has led organizational development and digital transformation initiatives across a range of industries. Her clients include organizations such as Atos, Eurocontrol, Indra, Serco, Bull, the European Investment Fund, and McDonald’s, where she has coached, trained, and mentored their lead OD and Digital Transformation missions.​ Albana holds an MBA from Solvay School of Economics, has completed Digital Transformation studies at MIT Executive Education, and holds an MSc in International Marketing and Strategy as well as an MSc in Mechanical Engineering. She is a professionally trained coach and a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) accredited by the ICF. She has coached board members of several organizations and currently serves on two boards.

Her articles have been featured in Brainz Magazine and Forbes Coaches Council. She is the author of Leading for Future Shaping with Generative Intelligence and hosts the podcast Quest for Impact.

As a mother of three, she enjoys cultivating irises and roses and practices endurance sports.
